Keep in touch with your customers by email and WhatsApp

Let customers know about your news and availability by email or WhatsApp. You approve the message and who receives it. We set it up and look after it for you.

Do past customers ever hear from you?

We look after your email and WhatsApp marketing, so you keep in touch with your customers using the booking and enquiry details your business already has. Let them know what is new, your availability and a reason to book again.

For businesses with a list of past customers who could book again, and no time to write to them.

Already keep in touch with customers?

Good. We start with the list and the messages you already send.

Part of the six building blocks

Keeping in touch works with the other five building blocks. You choose where we start.

Questions about email and WhatsApp marketing

Will you send customer updates without my approval?

No. You approve both the complete message and who receives it before it is sent.

Do I need a mailing list already?

The details you already collect through bookings, enquiries or orders are enough. We tidy those into a usable list. We do not buy lists or add people who never gave you their details.

What do I have to do?

Tell us your news and availability, then approve the message and who receives it.

What about customer permission and opting out?

UK marketing rules apply, including PECR and UK GDPR. In practice that means messaging only people who gave you their details, saying who the message is from, and giving an easy way to opt out. We set it up that way, record who opts out, and start with your list if you are unsure how it was collected.

How much does keeping in touch cost?

Monthly work from £375. Setup is quoted after the free call, once James knows what your business needs.

Will this bring repeat bookings?

Not on its own. A useful message reminds past customers you are there and makes booking again easy, but open rates and repeat bookings cannot be guaranteed. We focus on an accurate list and reliable sending.
