Privacy
What we collect when you use this site or get in touch, why, who else handles it, and how to have it deleted. Last updated 17 October 2026.
Who we are
Intangible Tools is part of Studio In.tangible, a company registered in Paris (SIREN 103 658 241). We decide how the details described here are used. To ask anything about your data, message Lexi on this page or message us on WhatsApp.
If you chat with Lexi
Lexi is an automated assistant. We save what you type and her replies, along with any details you choose to give her, such as your name, business, website or phone number. The conversation is saved on our server in Paris.
Each reply is written by an AI model from Anthropic, which receives the conversation to do so. When a new chat starts, James gets a notification on Telegram with the start of your first message. James or Malou may read the conversation and reply themselves.
Your browser keeps a conversation reference in session storage so the chat continues across pages. It is cleared when you close the tab. Please don’t share card details or passwords in the chat.
If you message us on WhatsApp
WhatsApp, which is part of Meta, delivers the messages. We save the conversation and your WhatsApp number and profile name on our server in Paris. Replies come from the same kind of automated assistant, written with Anthropic’s model, until James or Malou take over. James gets a Telegram notification when a new conversation starts. Our WhatsApp number is shared with Studio In.tangible, which is why the chat shows the studio’s name.
The free call
The free call takes place on Google Meet, which is run by Google.
Cookies, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies unless you agree. If you choose “That’s fine” on the cookie banner, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel load, and Google and Meta set their cookies. We then record page views, how pages are used (such as scrolling and links followed), when you send your first message to Lexi (not what you wrote), and clicks on our WhatsApp links. We use this to see how people find and use the site, and which of our Facebook and Instagram ads bring people here. If you choose “No thanks”, neither loads.
Your choice is kept in your browser’s local storage. You can change it at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Server logs
Our web server records the IP address, page, time, browser type and referring page of each visit. We use these records to keep the site secure and to count visits and where they come from. They are deleted after 14 days.
Who else handles your data
- Hostinger, which runs our servers in Paris.
- Anthropic, whose model writes Lexi’s replies.
- Meta, for WhatsApp, and the Meta Pixel if you agree to it.
- Telegram, for our notifications.
- Google, for the free call on Google Meet, and Google Analytics if you agree to it.
Some of these companies are based outside the UK and the EU, mainly in the United States. We don’t sell your data, we don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask, and we don’t use your messages to train AI models.
How long we keep it
Server logs are deleted after 14 days. Chats and WhatsApp conversations are kept while we are talking with you and afterwards as a record of the conversation. Ask us and we will delete them.
Why we are allowed to use it
- Replying to your chat or WhatsApp message: you asked us to, and we have a legitimate interest in answering businesses that contact us.
- Server logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure.
- Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and their cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with “Cookie settings”.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we have about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, stop using it or send it to you in a portable form. Message Lexi or message us on WhatsApp and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK (ico.org.uk) or the CNIL in France (cnil.fr).
Changes
When we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
